Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AMD Academy website, course materials, and member dashboard (the "Service"). The Service is operated by AMD Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

Payments for AMD Academy are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe and never pass through or are stored on our servers. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled by AMD Academy support in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All course content — including videos, charts, written lessons, diagrams, and branding — is owned by AMD Academy and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the materials for your own educational use on your member account.

You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share any course content;
• Record, download, or republish lessons or videos;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent any access controls or technical limits;
• Use the materials to create a competing or derivative product.

Any unauthorized use terminates your license immediately and may result in account suspension without refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up and to keep it current. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account; we are not liable for losses from compromised credentials.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Using the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Attempting to interfere with site security, including probing, scanning, or injecting malware;
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of others;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring access to another person;
• Automated scraping or bulk extraction of content.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of these Terms.

Access is sold as a one-time lifetime purchase. When you complete checkout, your member account is granted permanent access to all current course modules and future content updates, with no recurring fees.

Because the course is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are available only within 14 days of purchase and only where no course content has been accessed. Opening any lesson in your member dashboard counts as delivery and makes the purchase final. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by our payment provider.

By purchasing, you authorize a one-time charge for lifetime access. You agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute for a transaction that was authorized by you, where access was correctly granted, and where the applicable refund window or conditions were not met.

If you believe a charge was made in error, you must first contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before contacting your card issuer. A valid refund request under our Refund Policy will be honored directly. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate termination of your account and access, and we reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks with evidence of access and delivery.

All content on AMD Academy is provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, or other financial instrument.

Trading futures — including Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100 (MNQ), E-mini Nasdaq (NQ), and E-mini S&P 500 (ES) — carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your entire account. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. Past performance, illustrated examples, and chart setups are not indicative of future results.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment. AMD Academy, its owner, and its affiliates accept no liability for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular outcome will result from using the course. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — are disclaimed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMD Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or trading losses — arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for a material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated violations of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, no refund is owed. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over your place of residence, unless otherwise required by law.
